Family Discount Furniture – Refund & Return Policy

At Family Discount Furniture, we are committed to providing high-quality products and service. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations

  • Online orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled, especially once the merchandise has been prepared for delivery or has shipped.

Refunds & Returns

  • No cash refunds under any circumstances.

  • Store credit or exchange only will be offered for eligible returns.

  • All furniture is carefully inspected during the preparation and delivery process to ensure it arrives in good condition.

  • Due to the level of care we invest in each order, returns or refunds are not accepted once merchandise has been delivered or picked up and accepted by the customer.

Customer Pickups

  • If you are picking up your furniture yourself, it is your responsibility to inspect all items before taking possession.

  • Family Discount Furniture is not liable for any damage that occurs after customer pickup.

Deliveries & Damage Claims

  • If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective upon delivery, notify both the delivery team and a customer care representative immediately.

  • Claims for defective merchandise must:

    • Be made at the time of delivery or pickup.

    • Be documented with pictures, and include a copy of the invoice, date, and contact information.

    • Be packed in the original packaging.

  • If a signed damage claim is not submitted at the time of delivery or pickup, there will be no service agreement. No exceptions.

Additional Terms

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on:

    • Used items

    • Floor samples or previously displayed models

    • Special orders

    • Assembled merchandise

  • Claims for merchandise damaged during transit must be made prior to signing the delivery invoice.

  • Please inspect all packaging upon delivery, and ensure that both you and the delivery driver sign for any visible damage.

  • Any returned items must be prepaid, include the original invoice, and may be subject to additional fees.
